摘要 采用单因素试验和正交试验对铣削加工参数的设定进行表面粗糙度研究,分析了单一铣削参数对表面粗糙度的影响规律,结果表明:在一定铣削参数范围内,铣削深度越小表面粗糙度值越大,表面粗糙度随着铣削深度的增加而降低。通过正交实验的极差分析得出影响表面粗糙度的主次影响顺序:铣削深度影响最为显著、主轴转速次之、每齿进给量较次之和径向切宽影响最小。通过minitab统计学软件,分析了两参数因素之间的交互作用对表面粗糙度的影响,其中主轴转速和铣削深度的相互作用对表面粗糙度的影响较大。在低速铣削范围内,得出高转速、大的切深和小的每齿进给量对提高表面粗糙度非常有利。 The surface roughness of milling parameters was studied by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment. The influence of single milling parameters on surface roughness was analyzed. The results showed that within a certain range of milling parameters,the smaller the milling depth,the larger the surface roughness value,and the surface roughness increases with the milling depth. Add and decrease. Through range analysis of orthogonal experiments,the order of primary and secondary effects on surface roughness is obtained: milling depth has the most significant effect,spindle speed takes the second place, feed per tooth takes the second place and radial width cutting has the least effect. The effect of interaction between two parameters on surface roughness was analyzed by Minitab statistical software. The interaction between spindle speed and milling depth has a greater impact on surface roughness. Within the range of low speed milling,it is concluded that high speed,large cutting depth and small feed per tooth are very helpful to improve surface roughness.
