摘要
我国绝大部分的在用电梯均采用曳引摩擦原理,因此曳引条件对电梯的安全运行极为重要。影响电梯曳引能力的因素有许多,其中,补偿链占有重要地位,但却容易被忽略。计算了补偿链的重量变化对上行紧急制动工况时电梯曳引能力的影响,并分析了不同电梯参数对这种变化的影响程度,有利于降低曳引电梯的监督检验和定期检验中存在的电梯冲顶隐患风险。
Most of the elevators used in our country depends on friction force, so the conditons of traction would be vital to the safety of elevator.Among the many factors that affect traction force, compensation chain is of great importance yet easily neglected. This paper has calculated the influence of weigh of compensation chain to traction force in upper emergent brake, and analyzed the contribution of various elevator factors. The conclusion helps reducing the risk of rushing to the summit.
