摘要
为适用输变电工程蓬勃发展的需求,中国高压开关制造企业自主研发并生产交流开关设备,详细介绍了GW5-126型高压交流隔离开关的电场分析,传动分析等内容,由于高压隔离开关外型结构特点,使得高压交流隔离开关表面场强和电位分布不均匀,接线板尖端,导电臂连接处,触头、触指端部场强较高,过高的表面场强会产生电晕放电,影响隔离开关周围的电磁环境,从而造成电磁干扰、噪声污染,引起能源损耗。为解决隔离开关主要连接部位及端部零部件电位场分布不均的问题,在126kV等级隔离开关产品上,一般采用圆滑设计导电部分的方法,有效改善隔离开关表面电场的分布。基于有限元计算方法,建立一个126kV高压隔离开关的三维简化模型,研究隔离开关导电部分在圆滑设计情况下,电场的分布情况,同时对产品传动进行了分析计算。
In order to meet the needs of the vigorous development of power transmission and transformation projects, China’s high-voltage switch manufacturers independently develop and produce AC switchgear. The electric field analysis and transmission analysis of GW5-126 high-voltage alternating-current disconnectors are introduced in detail, because of the external structure characteristics of the high voltage disconnector, the surface electric field and potential distribution of the high voltage AC disconnector is uneven. The electric field strength of the contact and finger ends is high at the tip of the wiring plate, the connection of the conducting arm, and the electric field strength of the contact and finger ends. Surface field intensity not only produces corona discharge, but also affects the electromagnetic environment around the disconnector, resulting in electromagnetic interference, noise pollution and energy loss. In order to solve the problem of uneven distribution of potential field in main connecting parts and end parts of disconnector, the smooth design of conductive part is usually adopted in 126 kV class disconnector products to effectively improve the distribution of electric field on the surface of disconnector. Based on the finite element method, this paper establishes a three-dimensional simplified model of 126 kV high voltage disconnector, studies the distribution of electric field in the conductive part of disconnector under the circumstance of smooth design, and analyses and calculates the product transmission.
