摘要
研制了一种多边折弯机设备,通过夹持部件夹紧固定钣金件后,当进行多边折弯时,只需控制夹持部件的旋转角度,便可调整加工边缘,当进行单边多次上下折弯时,无须翻转加工面,只需控制送料机构的进给量,配合折弯刀的复合运动即可,折弯过程人为干预少,避免了多次拆装定位引起的误差及所花费的时间。且折不同的弯只需调整复合运动的轨迹,无需更换模具,节省换模时间及对模具数量及形状的要求。
A kind of equipment for multilateral bending machine has been developed. After the sheet metal member is clamped and fixed by the clamping member, when the polygonal bending is performed, the processing edge can be adjusted only by controlling the rotation angle of the clamping member, and when the single side is repeatedly bent up and down, the processing surface does not need to be turned over,only need to control the feed amount of the feeding mechanism, and cooperate with the composite motion of the bending knife. The bending process has little human intervention, avoiding the error caused by multiple disassembly and positioning and the time spent. And the different bends only need to adjust the trajectory of the composite motion, no need to change the mold, save the mold change time and the requirements on the number and shape of the mold.
