摘要
针对当前常见的导光板与扩散板分离结构会导致在生产过程中会有杂质进入间隙,并且需要叠压工艺,板与板之间存在界面的反射导致额外的光损耗等问题,设计了一款具有扩散功能的导光板。根据LED在导光板上的光强分布,推导出适用于矩形导光板的网点分布函数,分别设计导光板的散射网点和扩散板的扩散网点。使用tracepro软件模拟,分别模拟扩散板和导光板分离与合二为一的出光效果。结果表明具有扩散功能的导光板能减少光的损耗,在保证导光板均匀性的同时,光能利用率能得到大大提高,比传统导光板结构光能利用率提高了29.47%。
In view of the common separation structure of light guide plate(LGP)and diffusion plate(DP),the impurities will enter into the gap in the production process,and the overlapping process is needed.In addition,the reflection of the interface between the two plates will cause additional optical loss.A light guide plate with diffusive function is designed.According to the light intensity distribution of LED on the LGP,a netted dots(ND)distribution function for rectangular LGP is derived,and the scattering and diffusion ND of the LGP are designed.Tracepro software was used to simulate the separation and combination of DP and LGP.The results show that the integrated LGP can reduce the loss of light,while ensuring the uniformity of the integrated LGP.The utilization of light energy of the LGP can be greatly improved,which is 29.47%higher than that of the traditional light guide plate structure.
