基于S7-200 SMART的艉滑道式小艇收放装置电气设计

摘要 由于公务船执行海上巡逻或搜救等水上作业时收放频繁,为了便于其稳定、安全、迅速收放,采用了艉滑道式机械结构,利用液压动力源,并基于S7-200 SMART系列PLC控制单元进行自动控制。阐述了大连300t渔政船艉滑道小艇收放装置电气控制设计,设计的控制系统可实现系统状态监测及异常报警与保护,能保证小艇严格按正常逻辑过程安全快速收放。 Due to the frequent collection and release of official vessels in the course of maritime patrol or search and rescue operations, in order to facilitate their stable, safe and rapid collection and release, the stern slideway mechanical structure is adopted, hydraulic power source is used,and automatic control is carried out based on the S7-200 SMART series PLC control unit. The electrical control design of the stern slipway boat collection and release device of Dalian 300 tons fishery administration ship is described. The control system can realize system condition monitoring,abnormal alarm and protection, and ensure that the boat release and collect safely and quickly according to the normal logical process.
