摘要
托盘是现代物流系统中的重要作业单元,纸托盘在物品运输中广泛应用。但是由于产品货物形状各异,造成托盘规格各异、尺寸不统一,这给托盘的批量化生产造成了困难。设计了全自动托盘生产设备机械结构,分析了瓦楞纸托盘生产工艺,在此基础上,设计了全自动托盘生产设备机械结构方案,建立了设备机械结构三维模型,并对机械结构设计中的关键零部件进行选型。
Pallets have become an important operation unit in modern logistics system. The paper pallets have been widely used in the transportation of goods. However, different specifications of the paper pallets are needed for packing products with different shapes. This brought many difficulties in paper pallets production. The mechanical structure of automatic equipment for pallet production was designed. Based on the analysis of the production process of corrugated paper pallet, the mechanical structure scheme of the automatic equipment for pallet production was designed. The 3 D model of the equipment was established, and key parts in the mechanical structure were selected.
