BIM技术在铁路站房机电管线综合中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 铁路站房机电工程由于涉及专业众多,管线综合复杂,使得机电各专业管线在正式施工中,经常出现管线碰撞、预留洞口位置偏移、安装空间不足等问题,造成返工和浪费材料的现象,影响成本控制及施工质量,拖延工期。运用BIM技术,对北京某高铁站房机电管线综合进行三维建模、碰撞检测、优化出图、指导施工等BIM技术应用。最终在正式施工中,减少了返工率与材料浪费,有效对施工进度与质量安全进行了管控,提高了施工效率,最大限度缩短了工期,提高了经济效益。综上可以看出,BIM技术因其本身的三维建模和强大的信息整合功能,未来其在建筑行业的应用一定会越来越重要。 There are many specialties and complicated pipelines in railway station room electromechanical engineering. In formal construction,there are often problems such as pipeline collision,deviation of the location of reserved openings,insufficient installation space,and so on. Causes the phenomenon of rework and waste material,affects the cost control and construction quality,delays the construction period. Using the BIM technology in a high-speed railway station building in Beijing,such as 3 D modeling,collision detection,optimizing drawing and instruct the construction. So that in the formal construction, the rework rate and the material waste are reduced, the construction progress and the quality safety are effectively controlled,the construction efficiency is improved,the construction period is greatly shortened,and the economic benefit is improved. It can be seen that the application of BIM technology in the construction industry will be more and more important in the future because of its own three-dimensional modeling and powerful information integration function.
