摘要
为了避免皮带运输机运行过程中因控制不当引起电网冲击、电机损坏、皮带断裂及电能浪费等问题,提高皮带机的使用性能,根据煤矿井下带式输送机的工况特点,分析比较皮带机各种启动形式,提出了利用变频控制技术控制带式输送机的运行,并对变频控制系统进行详细设计。运行实践证明,变频调速技术可根据工况需要合理控制带式输送机的带速,提高带式输送机的使用性能,节约电能,且能合理控制皮带的张力,延长其使用寿命。
In order to avoid the problems of power grid impact, motor damage, belt fracture and power waste caused by improper control in the operation of belt conveyor,and to improve the performance of belt conveyor. According to the working condition characteristics of belt conveyor in coal mine, all kinds of starting forms of belt conveyor are analyzed and compared, the use of frequency conversion control technology to control the operation of belt conveyor is put forward, and the frequency conversion control system is designed in detail. The operation practice proves that the variable frequency speed regulation technology can reasonably control the belt speed of belt conveyor according to the working condition,improve the performance of belt conveyor,save electric energy,control the tension of belt reasonably and prolong the belt service life.
