煤矿皮带机电控系统故障分析及优化方案探讨

摘要 分析煤矿皮带机电控故障问题,针对性的指出相关的优化方案,为此后煤矿皮带机电控系统的优化工作提供更多的借鉴依据。指出了煤矿皮带机电控系统的故障原因,细化故障类型,在遵循控制原理的基础上提出变频与系统优化改造方案。将优化后的方案进行实例应用,效果良好,可以有效改善运行期间的故障问题,提高运行效率,确保安全运行,为企业带来更多的经济利益。 To analyze the problem of electric control failure of coal mine belt conveyor, and point out relevant optimization schemes, in order to provide more reference for the optimization of electric control system of coal mine belt conveyor in the future. The fault causes of electric control system of coal mine belt conveyor were pointed out, and the fault types were refined. On the basis of following the control principle, the scheme of frequency conversion and system optimization was put forward.The optimized scheme has been applied in practice, and the effect is good, which has won great economic benefits for enterprises. Optimizing the electric control system of coal mine belt conveyor can effectively improve the fault problem during operation, improve operation efficiency, ensure safe operation, and bring more economic benefits to enterprises.
