摘要
石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫脱水系统的二级脱水设备普遍采用真空脱水皮带机,运行中时常会发生真空偏离正常值的工况,造成石膏脱水困难,品质不合格。通过对设备原理、构造及现场异常情况的分析,从系统真空值的变化来分析、归纳并制定相应解决措施,供大家参考。
Vacuum dewatering belt conveyor is widely used in the secondary dewatering equipment of limestone-gypsum wet desulfurization and dewatering system. Vacuum dewatering belt conveyor often deviates from the normal operating conditions during operation, which causes difficulty in gypsum dewatering, high moisture content and unqualified quality. Through the analysis and induction of equipment principle, structure, system layout and abnormal situation on site, the change of vacuum value of the system were analyzed and summarized, and the corresponding solutions are worked out for your reference.
