高校服务“一带一路”人才培养面对的机遇与挑战——以安徽省民办院校为例

Opportunities and Challenges for the Cultivation of Talents oriented to the “Belt and Road” Initiative in Universities

党的十九大把推进“一带一路”建设作为今后我国扩大对外开放和加强国际合作的战略重点来组织实施,并提出高等教育要围绕服务国家战略,加快一流大学和一流学科建设,实现高等教育内涵式发展。安徽民办高校在服务“一带一路”建设中还面临很多挑战,需要紧密结合自身发展实际和国内外人才市场环境发展的新变化,进一步确立服务“一带一路”人才培养战略定位、战略目标、战略任务和战略举措。

In“Belt and Road”construction,Chinese Communist Party determined that higher education should serve the national strategy featuring the expansion of opening to the outside policy and the reinforcement of international cooperation to accelerate the construction of first class universities and top disciplines for its connotative development.To overcome the barriers in the process,private universities in Anhui Province have to make a decision on their strategic orientation,goals,tasks and measures for the cultivation of talents for the initiative on the basis of their own actual conditions and the new changes occurring to both domestic and international job markets.
