大学生对辅导员语言的接受研究

On College Students’ Acceptance of Advisors’ Language

从大学生的视角出发,对湖南省5所高校的1000名大学生进行问卷调查,了解大学生喜欢与厌恶的辅导员语言及其语言类型,发现不同性别、不同专业、不同年级以及学生干部经历对辅导员语言的心理反应存在显著性差异。基于此研究,高校辅导员应自觉加强语言修养,在与学生交往过程中注重语言的扬优抑劣,善于使用激励性语言,慎重使用消极性语言,巧妙运用针对性语言,促进学生的身心健康发展。

Based on surveys of 1000 students from 5 Hunan-based universities,this paper examines the difference between the language of liked advisors and the language of disliked advisors.It is found that students of different genders,majors,grades or leadership experiences show marked difference in psychological reaction to the language of their advisors.Therefore,it is important for college advisors to consciously improve their language quality,using more encouraging words and be cautious about negative language so students can achieve healthy development in both body and mind.
