2018年,安徽省为了贯彻国家新医改政策,改善规模增速的医疗市场下患者就医体验,推出《安徽省智慧医院建设规范与评价标准》,《安徽省智慧医疗工作三年提升计划实施方案》,要求2020年前安徽将全面建成省统筹区域内以电子病案为核心的健康信息平台。在此背景下,本文积极响应国家政策,针对某院建设健康信息平台过程中存在的问题进行总结,分析病案管理现状,提出改进方案,降低依赖纸质病案形式,加快信息化体系建设,提高病案质量管理意识,培养专业化病案管理人才,建设团队三级梯队,贯彻病案质量管理理念,建设专业的全面信息化的病案信息管理平台。

In 2018,in order to implement the national new medical reform policy and improve the patient experience in the medical market with increasing scale,Anhui Province launched the"Standards and Evaluation Standards for the Construction of Wisdom Hospitals in Anhui Province"and the"Implementation Plan for the Three-Year Improvement Plan for Wisdom Medical Work in Anhui Province"It is required that Anhui will complete the health information platform with electronic medical records as the core within the province’s overall planning area by 2020.In this context,this paper actively responds to national policies,summarizes the problems existing in the process of building a health information platform in a hospital,analyzes the current status of medical records management,proposes improvement programs,reduces reliance on paper medical records,and accelerates the construction of information systems;The quality management awareness of medical records,training specialized medical record management talents,building a three-level echelon team,implementing the quality management concept of medical records,and building a professional and comprehensive information-based information management platform for medical records.
