环乳晕切口乳腺纤维瘤切除术治疗效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Breast Fibromatectomy Resection Through Ring Areola Incision

目的探讨分析环乳晕切口乳腺纤维瘤切除术治疗效果。方法将本院2015年5月-2018年12月接收并治疗的53例乳腺纤维瘤患者纳入本次研究当中,随机分作治疗组和对照组两组,对照组患者乳房实施放射状切口乳腺纤维瘤切除术治疗,治疗组乳房实施环乳晕切口乳腺纤维瘤切除术治疗。对两组患者乳房外观满意率、临床治疗效果进行对比。结果治疗组患者术后乳房外观满意率较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经不同手术方法治疗后,两组患者治疗效果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对患者实施环乳晕切口乳腺纤维瘤切除术治疗,可以最大限度维持患者双侧乳房美观性和对称性,手术切口隐密,患者容易接受,临床治疗效果令人满意。

Objective To investigate and analyze the therapeutic effect of ring areola incision for fibromatectomy of breast.Methods From May 2015to December 2018,53 patients with mammary gland fibroma received and treated in the hospital were included in this study,randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,the control group patients with breast were implemented with radial incision for treatment of mammary gland fibroma,the treatment group breast was implemented ring areola incision for treatment of mammary gland fibroma.Breast appearance satisfaction rate and clinical treatment effect were compared between the two groups.Results The satisfaction rate of postoperative breast appearance in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After different surgical methods,there was no statistically significant difference in the therapeutic effect between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Fibromatectomy with ring areola incision can maximize the maintenance of bilateral breast aesthetics and symmetry,the surgical incision is secret,easy to be accepted by patients,and the clinical treatment effect is satisfactory.
