草酸艾司西酞普兰联合抗精神病药治疗慢性精神分裂症

Effects of Antipsychotics Combined With Escitalopram Oxalate on Cognitive Function of Chronic Schizophrenia

目的探讨草酸艾司西酞普兰联合抗精神病药治疗对慢性精神分裂症患者认知功能的影响。方法选取2018年3月-2019年1月本院60例确诊为慢性精神分裂症的住院患者,随机将受试者分为对照组(n=30)和研究组(n=30),对照组患者接受常规抗精神病药治疗,研究组患者在对照组的基础上联合草酸艾司西酞普兰治疗,比较两组患者的治疗总有效率及治疗前后认知功能变化。结果治疗后,研究组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,治疗后两组患者的简易精神状态量表(Minimum Mental State Examination,MMSE)、中国韦氏成人智力量表修订版(Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale-Revised of China,WAIS-RC)与总记忆商(Full Scale Memory Quoient,FSMQ)评分均明显升高,且研究组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论草酸艾司西酞普兰联合抗精神病药可有效改善患者认知功能,疗效确切,对促进慢性精神分裂症患者病情康复具有积极意义。

Objective To investigate the effects of escitalopram oxalate combined with antipsychotics on cognitive function of chronic schizophrenia.Methods Sixty hospitalized patients with chronic schizophrenia diagnosed in the hospital from March 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into control group(n=30)and research group(n=30).The control group was treated with routine antipsychotic drugs and the research group for escitalopram oxalate based on control group.The total effective rate and cognitive function of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the scores of MMSE,WAIS-RC and FSMQ in the two groups were significantly increased after treatment.The scores in research group were higher than control group significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion Escitalopram oxalate combined withantipsychotics can improve cognitive function of patients effectively and it is of positive significance to promote the rehabilitation of patients with chronic schizophrenia.
