卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液治疗产后出血的效果

Effect of Carboprost Tromethamine Injection on Postpartum Hemorrhage

目的观察卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液对产后出血的治疗效果。方法选取本院收治的产后出血产妇68例,根据治疗方法将其分为两组,每组34例。常规组给予常规治疗,观察组给予卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液治疗。比较两组治疗效果(治疗总有效率、产后出血情况)。结果观察组治疗总有效率(94.12%)高于常规组(73.53%);观察组产后2 h出血量低于常规组,观察组产后24 h出血量低于常规组。以上结果均存在明显差异(P<0.05)。结论卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液对产后出血的治疗效果显著,具有起效快、作用时间长等优势,可有效减少产后出血量。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of pre-calendar tromethamine injection on postpartum hemorrhage.Methods 68 patients with postpartum hemorrhage admitted to the hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to the treatment method,34 cases in each group.The conventional group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was given a treatment with calcareal tromethamine injection.The effects of the two groups(the total effective rate of treatment,postpartum hemorrhage)were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(94.12%)was higher than that of the conventional group(73.53%).The blood loss of the observation group was lower than that of the conventional group at 2 hours postpartum.The bleeding volume of the observation group at 24 hours after delivery was lower than that of the conventional group.There were significant differences in the above results(P<0.05).Conclusion The pre-calendar tromethamine injection has obvious therapeutic effect on postpartum hemorrhage,and has the advantages of rapid onset and long duration of action,which can effectively reduce postpartum hemorrhage.
