云南白药联合维生素E治疗疱疹性咽峡炎的疗效

Effect of Yunnan Bai Medicine Combined With Vitamin E in the Treatment of Herpes Pharyngeal Isthmus

目的探究云南白药联合维生素E在治疗疱疹性咽峡炎的疗效。方法选取疱疹性咽峡炎患者72例,在我院2018年6月-2019年6月进行治疗,观察组及对照组,两组各36例。选择云南白药联合维生素E治疗的是观察组,择单纯性云南白药治疗的是对照组。结果两组临床治疗总有效率对比(P<0.05);相较于对照组,经治疗发现观察组的退热、住院、疱疹溃疡消失、流涎消失时间均较优(P<0.05);两组不良反应总发生率对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对疱疹性咽峡炎患者,采用云南白药联合维生素E治疗,可取得极佳的治疗效果,临床不良反应少,缩短退热、住院,疱疹溃疡、流涎消失时间。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of yunnan bai medicine combined with vitamin E in treating herpes herpes pharyngeal isthmus.Methods 72 patients with herpetic angina were selected and treated in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019.The observation group and the control group had 36 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with yunnan bai medicine combined with vitamin E,while the control group was treated with yunnan bai medicine alone.Results The total effective rate of the two groups was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the two groups was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with herpetic angina,the treatment with yunnan bai medicine combined with vitamin E can achieve excellent therapeutic effect,few clinical adverse reactions,and shorten the time of defervescence,hospitalization,herpetic ulcer,salivation and disappearance.
