康复护理在脑卒中后言语障碍患者中的应用

Application of Rehabilitation Nursing in Patients With Speech Disorder After Stroke

目的观察、分析康复护理在脑卒中后言语障碍患者中的应用。方法收集我院2017年3月-2018年2月收治脑卒中后言语障碍患者患者60例,依据随机抽样法,将60例患者分成两组,观察组(30例)与对照组(30例)。对照组:实施常规护理;观察组:实施康复护理干预。分析对比两组患者康复护理之后,语言障碍改善情况以及对于护理方案的满意程度。结果(1)护理1个月后,两组患者语言障碍均获得一定程度改善,观察组患者语言能力得分(8.47±1.01)分优于对照组(6.01±0.47)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)观察组患者护理满意度(96.67%)优于对照组(73.33%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康复护理在脑卒中后言语障碍患者中的应用可促进患者语言能力恢复,提升患者满意度。

Objective To observe and analyze the application of rehabilitation nursing in patients with speech disorder after stroke.Methods 60 patients with speech disorder after stroke were collected in our hospital from March 2017 to February 2018.According to random sampling method,60 patients were divided into two groups,observation group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).The control group:routine nursing;the observation group:rehabilitation nursing intervention.Analysis and comparison of two groups of patients after rehabilitation care,language barrier improvement and satisfaction with the nursing program.Results(1)After one month of nursing,the language barrier of the two groups was improved to some extent.The language ability score of the observation group(8.47±1.01)was significantly better than that of the control group(6.01±0.47),(P<0.05)with statistical significance.(2)The nursing satisfaction of the observation group(96.67%)was significantly better than that of the control group(73.33%),(P<0.05)with statistical significance.Conclusion The application of rehabilitation nursing in patients with speech disorder after stroke can promote the recovery of patients’language ability and improve patients’satisfaction.
