Effect of Clinical Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Patients With Severe Respiratory Diseases

目的分析临床综合护理干预对呼吸内科重症患者的临床效果。方法本次研究对象选择我院2018年1-12月的94例呼吸内科重症患者的临床病例资料,对其展开回顾性分析。将患者按照数字随机法划分为观察组与对照组,每组47例,其中对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上行临床综合护理干预,比较两组患者的血气分析结果判定护理效果。结果研究结果表明,在动脉血氧分压、二氧化碳分压、心率与呼吸频率四项指标的数据对比上,观察组在护理后均要优于对照组,数据差异具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床综合护理干预可以对呼吸内科重症患者临床症状的改善起到积极的促进作用,同时整体化护理干预措施可以减少其病情加重的可能性,减少病情延误,促进其预后恢复。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of comprehensive clinical nursing intervention on patients with severe respiratory diseases.Methods 94 patients with severe respiratory diseases in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected for this study,and retrospective analysis was conducted.The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the number method,47 cases in each group,among which the control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given clinical comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing,and the blood gas analysis results of patients in the two groups were compared to determine the nursing effect.Results The results of the study showed that the observation group was superior to the control group in the comparison of the data of the four indexes of arterial partial blood oxygen pressure,partial carbon dioxide pressure,heart rate and respiratory rate after nursing,with significant difference and statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical comprehensive nursing intervention can play a positive role in promoting the improvement of clinical symptoms in patients with severe respiratory diseases,and at the same time,integrated nursing intervention measures can significantly reduce the possibility of their condition aggravation,reduce the delay of their condition,and promote their prognosis and recovery.
