摘要
MAFI-TRENCH frame 2.0型膨胀机为透平膨胀机,适用于中高压力、大流量且工质初温较低的工况领域。相比活塞式膨胀机,透平膨胀机具有体积小、质量轻、结构简单、易损件少、制造维修工作量小、连续工作周期长、调节性能好、效率高、操作维护方便等诸多优势,在实际工程中应用广泛。膨胀机作为天然气深加工装置的核心设备,在运行过程中应及时调整关键参数,保证膨胀机始终在最佳效率区间运行。文章针对膨胀机运行过程中的不同工艺状况,采用相对应的运行模式,并结合实际情况提出相关工艺优化措施,以保证低温制冷单元的高效平稳运行。
MAFI-TRENCH frame expander 2.0 is turbine expander which is applicable to the working conditions of medium and high pressure,large flow,and low initial temperature.Compared with piston expander,turbine expander has many advantages,such as small size,light weight,simple structure,less vulnerable parts,small manufacturing and maintenance workload,long continuous working cycle,good regulation performance,high efficiency,convenient operation and maintenance,etc..So it's widely used in practical engineering.As the core equipment of natural gas deep processing equipment,the key parameters of the expander should be adjusted in time to ensure that the expander always operates in the optimal efficiency range.According to different process conditions in the operation process of the expander,corresponding operation modes are adopted,and the related process optimization measures are put forward in combination with the actual situation to ensure the efficient and smooth operation of the cryogenic refrigeration unit.
