摘要
国内某气田净化装置一级主吸收塔为高压高含硫复合钢厚壁塔器,属关键核心设备,近年来检验发现部分塔器筒体焊缝埋藏缺陷超标,存在裂纹扩展、开裂,导致硫化氢泄漏的重大风险。通过对高压高含硫复合钢厚壁塔器开展精确检测、缺陷成因分析、缺陷修复及修复后整体热处理、安全评价等关键技术的研究,为净化装置安全平稳长周期运行提供保障。
The primary absorber of a gas field purification plant in China is a high-pressure and high-sulfur clad steel thick-wall tower.It is the key equipment.In recent years,it has been found that the buried defects of some tower shell welds exceeded the standard,and there was major risk of hydrogen sulfide leakage caused by crack growth and cracking.Through accurate detection,defect cause analysis,defect repair and research on the key technologies involving bulk heat treatment after repair and safety assessment of the high-pressure and high-sulfur clad steel thick-wall tower,this paper provides guarantee for the safe,stable and long-term operation of the purification plant.
