摘要
根据产生原因不同,奥氏体不锈钢焊接裂纹分为很多种类。近年来,炼化加氢装置的反应炉管及高温、高压、临氢管道多选用300系列奥氏体不锈钢TP347材料,然而工程中347材料焊接时出现裂纹和再热裂纹的现象非常普遍。文章引入一个工程实例,对现场安装焊接过程中出现的某一种TP347材料焊接裂纹问题进行原理分析,找到解决措施。
According to different causes,austenitic stainless steel weld cracks are classified into many types.In recent years,300 series austeni-tic stainless steel TP347 materials are commonly used in reactor tubes and high temperature,high pressure and hydrogen pipelines for hydrogenation units.However,the quality problems of TP347 welding cracks and reheat cracks in engineering are very common.This paper analyzes the principles of a type of TP347 material welding crack in the process of welding on the spot through an engineering example.Then it finds the solution.
