自发性脾动脉瘤破裂1例报告 被引量：4

A case of spontaneous splenic artery aneurysm rupture

摘要 脾动脉瘤(splenic artery aneurysm,SAA)指脾动脉局部永久性扩张,多见于脾动脉远1/3及近脾门处,以单发多见,呈囊状或球状扩张,其发病率为0.01%~0.2%[1]。自发性脾动脉瘤破裂症状多隐匿,术前诊断困难,病情凶险,多有致死风险。现将贵阳市第一人民医院肝胆外科收治的1例自发性脾动脉瘤破裂并抢救成功病例报道如下。
