探讨肺结核合并曲霉菌感染的CT表现

To investigate the CT findings of pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with Aspergillus infection

目的:总结肺结核合并曲霉菌感染CT表现,以实现其与肺癌等其他病变的鉴别。方法:选取2014年6月至2019年3月期间于本院检查并经过追踪随访确诊为肺结核合并曲霉菌感染的35例患者,以西门子(Emotion16)CT进行影像学检查,观察患者的CT表现。结果:双侧26例,单侧9例;多叶28例,单叶7例。患者CT表现多种多样,如"树芽征"、"新月征"、曲菌球或"晕征"等。结论:肺癌、肺空洞性病变等与肺结核合并曲霉菌感染有不同的CT表现,临床可以根据患者的CT表现进行诊断与鉴别诊断,尤其利于和其他肺空洞病变的鉴别。

Objective To summarize the CT findings of pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with Aspergillus infection in order to distinguish it from other diseases such as lung cancer.Methods Thirty-five patients who were diagnosed with pulmonary tuberculosis and aspergillus infection were enrolled in our hospital from June 2014 to March 2019.The imaging was performed with Siemens(Emotion 16)CT to observe the CT findings.Results There were 26 cases on both sides,9 cases on one side,28 cases on multiple leaves and 7 cases on single leaf.Patients have a variety of CT manifestations,such as"tree bud sign","new moon sign",koji ball or"halo sign".Conclusion Lung cancer and lung cavity lesions have different CT findings from pulmonary tuberculosis combined with Aspergillus infection.The clinical diagnosis and differential diagnosis can be based on the CT findings of patients;especially for the identification of other lung cavity lesions.
