摘要 目的:磁共振成像(MRI)应用于子宫内膜癌诊断效果分析。方法:本院2013年1月-2018年12月期间,子宫内膜癌病例共计45例,对比术前MRI诊断结果与病理分期结果,评估分析MRI应用于子宫内膜癌的诊断效果。结果:45例患者中,术前MRI诊断分期Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期和Ⅲ期数量分别为30例、9例和6例;术后病理分期Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期和Ⅲ期数量分别为32例、7例和6例;Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期和Ⅲ期符合率分别为93.75%、77.78%和100.00%。结论:MRI对于子宫内膜癌的诊断具有一定价值,可为术前评估及预后提供参照。 Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in endometrial cancer.Methods 45 patients with endometrial cancer confirmed by pathology from January 2013 to December 2018 in our hospital were analyzed,and the diagnostic value of MRI for endometrial cancer was evaluated.Results Among the 45 patients,30 were diagnosed as stageⅠ,9 as stageⅡand 6 as stageⅢby preoperative MRI;32 as stageⅠ,7 as stageⅡand 6 as stageⅢby pathological stage after operation;the coincidence rate of stageⅠ;stageⅡand stageⅢwas 93.75%,77.78%and 100.00%,respectively.Conclusion MRI has certain value in clinical diagnosis and pathological staging of endometrial cancer,which can provide reference for preoperative evaluation and prognosis.
