DXA影像评价与骨密度测定联合诊断原发性骨质疏松症的临床探讨 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨DXA影像评价与骨密度测定联合诊断原发性骨质疏松症的临床价值。方法:筛选出本院骨科2018年4月到2019年4月诊治的84例原发性骨质疏松症患者,所有患者均行DXA影像检查与超声骨密度测定,分析并对比DXA影像检查、超声骨密度测定及其联合诊断对原发性骨质疏松症的准确率。结果:超声骨密度测定的诊断准确率为83.33%,DXA影像检查的诊断准确率为94.05%,联合诊断的准确率为98.81%;DXA影像检查及联合诊断的准确率均高于超声骨密度测定,P<0.05;DXA影像检查与联合诊断的准确率相近,P>0.05。结论:DXA影像评价与骨密度测定在原发性骨质疏松症的诊断中均有发挥一定的应用价值,鉴于二者各有其优缺点,必要时应进行联合诊断,以提高诊断结果的准确率。 Objective To explore the clinical value of DXA combined with bone mineral density(BMD)in the diagnosis of primary osteoporosis.Methods 84 patients with primary osteoporosis were screened from April 2018 to April 2019.All patients underwent DXA imaging and ultrasound bone mineral density measurement.The accuracy of DXA imaging’ultrasound bone mineral density measurement and their combined diagnosis for primary osteoporosis were analyzed and compared.Results The diagnostic accuracy of ultrasound BMD was 83.33%,DXA imaging was 94.05%,and combined diagnosis was 98.81%.The diagnostic accuracy of DXA imaging and combined diagnosis was higher than that of ultrasound BMD,P<0.05;the diagnostic accuracy of DXA imaging was similar to that of combined diagnosis,P>0.05.Conclusion DXA imaging evaluation and bone mineral density measurement have certain application value in the diagnosis of primary osteoporosis.In view of their respective advantages and disadvantages,joint diagnosis should be carried out when necessary to improve the accuracy of diagnosis results.
