超声引导经皮肝穿刺置管引流治疗细菌性肝脓肿的效果观察

Ultrasound-guided percutaneous transhepatic drainage for the treatment of bacterial liver abscess

目的:探讨超声引导经皮肝穿刺置管引流治疗细菌性肝脓肿的临床效果。方法:本研究对象为2017年11月-2019年3月收治的80例细菌性肝脓肿患者,以80例患者随机分为对照组(40例)和研究组(40例),给予对照组腹腔镜手术引流,给予研究组超声引导经皮肝穿刺置管引流治疗,经治疗后比较研究组和对照组的临床治疗效果。结果:研究组手术时间以及住院时间均比对照组短,体温恢复时间以及拔管时间均比对照组早,比较组间差异发现P<0.05,研究具有意义。结论:超声引导经皮肝穿刺置管引流治疗细菌性肝脓肿的创伤小,临床效果较好,同时还可以缩短手术和住院时间,临床可作为细菌性肝脓肿治疗的首选方式。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ultrasound-guided percutaneous transhepatic catheterization and drainage in the treatment of bacterial liver abscess.Methods 80 patients with bacterial liver abscess were randomly divided into control group(40 cases)and research group(40 cases).Laparoscopic surgical drainage was given to the control group,and ultrasound-guided percutaneous liver puncture and catheterization was given to the research group.After treatment,the clinical effects of the study group and the control group were compared.Results The operation time and hospitalization time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group.The recovery time of body temperature and extubation time of the study group were earlier than those of the control group.The difference between the two groups was found to be P<0.05.Conclusion Ultrasound-guided percutaneous catheter drainage for bacterial liver abscess has less trauma and better clinical effect.It can also shorten the time of operation and hospitalization.It can be the first choice for the treatment of bacterial liver abscess.
