An Empirical Study on the Needs and Influencing Factors of Home-based Elderly Care Services in Urban Villages

居家养老是城中村老年人的主流愿望。河北省城中村老年人对居家生活照料服务、医疗保健服务和精神文化服务有不同层次的需要,性别、年龄、文化程度、患病状况、婚姻状况、居住状况、收入水平、医疗保险、养老保险都是影响老年人对居家养老服务需要的重要因素。应不断完善社会保障制度,完善家庭养老功能,大力发展社区服务,补齐居家养老服务短板,促进城中村老年人健康老龄化和积极老龄化。

Thehome-based care is the mainstream desire of the elderly in urban villages.Elderly people in villages in hebei province have different levels of needs for home life care services,medical care services and spiritual and cultural services.The gender,age,culture level,illness status,marital status,living status,income level,medical insurance,endowment insurance are the important factors that affect the elderly to home endowment service needs to be.We should constantly improve the social security system,improve the family pension function,vigorously develop community services,make up for the shortcomings of home-based pension services,and promote healthy aging and active aging of the elderly in urban villages.
