抽筒竹叶绿体基因组的密码子偏好性分析 被引量:16

摘要 以抽筒竹叶绿体全基因组序列为材料进行了密码子偏好性分析,结果表明:1)抽筒竹叶绿体基因组密码子偏性较弱,有效密码子数(Effective number of codon,ENC)在38.85~61之间,平均值为49.66;2)密码子第1和第3位的GC含量一定程度上有相似性,GC1和GC2、GC3呈显著相关,而第2位GC含量和其它两位差异较大;3)密码子偏爱以A或U结尾,RSCU值大于1.00的密码子31个,其中16个第3位碱基为U、11个以A结尾、1个以G结尾;4)GC12与GC3相关性较弱,回归系数为0.357 63;5)密码子偏好性更多受到选择的影响,代表基因多数落在标准曲线的下方。 In this paper,the codon bias on the chloroplast genome of Gelidocalamus tessellatus was analyzed.The results showed that the codon bias was weak,and the effective number of codon(ENC)was between 38.85 and 61,with the average of 49.66.The GC content of the first position was similar to that of the third position,there were significantly correlated among GC1,GC2 and GC3,and GC2 showed obvious difference from GC1 and GC3.The codon preferred to end with A or U,and the number of codon with the RSCU value>1.00 was 31,of which 16 ended with U in the third position,11 with A,and 1 with G.The GC12 was weakly correlated with GC3,and their regression coefficient was 0.35763.Codon bias on the chloroplast genome of G.tessellatus was under selection pressure,and the selected genes mostly fall below the standard curve.
