摘要
提出一种新型竹筋-土坯组合结构,由竹材制成筋条与混合土组合而成,进行了3组竹筋-土坯组合结构及一组无竹筋土坯结构的试验,研究竹筋-土坯组合结构承载力的变化规律,竹筋按照构造分为无竹节、单竹节及双竹节,土坯以粘土及砂土为原料,同时控制其含水量及掺加一定比例固化剂。试验结论表明:含水量为15%、水泥掺量为8%且混合土比例控制在1∶2的砂粘土与无竹节、单竹节及双竹节组成的竹筋-土坯结构的承载力较无竹筋土坯结构有显著的提升,提升幅度分别为1. 579、1. 789 3及1. 881 5倍。
A new type of bamboo-adobe composite structure was proposed,which was made of bamboo ribs and mixed soil.Three sets of bamboo-adobe adobe structure and a set of bamboofree adobe structure were tested to study their bearing capacity.According to the structure,the bamboo ribs were divided into non-bamboo-joints,single bamboo joints and double bamboo joints.The adobe was made of clay and sand as raw materials,its water content was controlled,and a certain proportion of curing agent was added.The test results showed that under the condition of 15%water content,8%cement content and 1∶2 soil material ratio,the bearing capacity of the bamboo reinforced adobe structure with non,single and double bamboo jointswas significantly improved by 1.579,1.789 3 and 1.881 5 times respectively,in comparison with the pure adobe structure.
