既有建筑外窗改造技术的研究

目前大量的既有建筑外窗设置不合理、质量差、功能单一、老化严重,是导致建筑能耗大、室内环境品质变差的重要原因。本文对目前既有建筑常用的建筑外窗及应用现状进行分析,探讨了既有建筑外窗改造重点内容及改造基本原则,梳理既有建筑外窗改造技术措施,并简述外窗改造技术特点、适用范围。

The important reasons for building high energy consumption and poor indoor environment qualityof a large num ber of existing buildings currentlyare the outside window with unreasonable setting,poor quality,single function and ageing equip ment.This paper analyzes the application status of outsidewindows of currently existing buildings,discussed key contents and the basic principles of transformation ofthe existing exterior windows,combine the transformation technical measures for existing exte rior windows,and brief the characteristics and scope of application for existing exterior windows.
