某市社区居民家庭医生签约服务的需求分析

Analysis of the requirements of family doctor contract service in a city community

目的调查和分析某市社区居民对家庭医生签约服务的需求状况,为该地区家庭医生签约服务的进一步开展提供理论与实践基础。方法在前期文献研究基础上设计调查问卷,采用方便抽样的方法,对该市5家社区卫生服务中心的500名门诊患者进行家庭医生签约服务需求调查。结果调查对象中家庭医生签约服务知晓率较低,完全熟悉和了解家庭医生签约服务内容的居民仅占24.39%;70.73%的调查对象有家庭医生签约服务需求,但存在性别、年龄、家庭收入、健康状况等的显著差异。在家庭医生签约服务内容和形成上同时具有集中性和差异性。结论家庭医生签约服务宣传工作有待进一步加强,以当地居民需求为导向,多层次、多类型、多服务方式提供个性化签约服务是有效提高签约居民服务利用的途径之一。

Objective To investigate and analyze the demand of the community residents for the contracted services of family doctors in a certain city,and provide theoretical and practical basis for the further development of the contracted services of family doctors in the area.Methods Based on the previous literature study,a questionnaire was designed,and 500 out-patients from five community health service centers in the city were investigated by means of convenient sampling.Results The rate of awareness of contracting services by family doctors was low,with 24.39 percent of the respondents being fully familiar with and aware of the contents of contracting services by family doctors;70.73%of the respondents had a need for services contracted by family doctors,but there were significant differences in gender,age,family income,and health status.In the family doctor contract service content and formation at the same time has the centralization and the difference.Conclusion The promotion of contract services for family doctors needs to be further strengthened.It is one of the ways to effectively improve the service utilization of contracted residents to provide personalized contracting service in multi-level,multi-type and multi-service way with local residents'needs as the orientation.
