滨州市农村居家老人的护理需求调查研究

Researchabout the nursing needs of the rural elderly in Binzhou

目的了解滨州市农村居家老人的护理需求,进一步探索影响老年人护理需求的相关因素,为政府相关部门制定农村居家老人的照护政策提供理论依据。方法运用分层整群抽样的方法,对滨州市465名农村居家老人的护理需求进行问卷调查。结果滨州市农村居家老人自理能力较好,不同年龄组老年人自理能力差异有统计学意义。护理需求中主要的是测量血压、健康讲座与咨询、静脉注射。不同年龄、性别、婚姻状况、居住方式、收入水平、医保类型、自理能力以及社会支持情况对护理需求存在差异。结论滨州市农村居家老年人有护理服务需求者比例较高,收入偏低,政府应针对居家老年人的护理需求,建立合适的护理服务模式,以满足老年人的基本护理需求。

Objective To understand the nursing needs of the rural elderly at home in binzhou city,and explore the relevant factors affecting the nursing needs of the elderly,to provide theoretical basis for the relevant government departments to formulate the nursing policies for the rural elderly at home.Methods The nursing needs of 465 rural elderly at home in binzhou city were investigated by stratified cluster sampling.Results The self-care ability of the rural elderly in binzhou city was good,and the difference of self-care ability of the elderly in different age groups was statistically significant.The main nursing needs are blood pressure measurement,health lectures and counseling,intravenous injection.Different age,gender,marital status,living style,income level,medical insurance type,self-care ability and social support have different nursing needs.Conclusion The proportion of home-based elderly people in rural areas in binzhou city who need nursing services is relatively high and their income is relatively low.Therefore,the government should establish an appropriate nursing service mode according to the nursing needs of home-based elderly people,so as to meet the basic nursing needs of the elderly.
