针刺配合中药热熨治疗腰椎间盘突出症30例临床观察

Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Hot Medicinal Compress on Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的:观察针刺配合中药热熨治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:60例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为观察组30例和对照组30例。对照组采用针刺治疗,观察组采用针刺配合中药热熨治疗。观察两组治疗前后JOA评分变化、治疗后病情改善率,比较两组临床疗效。结果:两组治疗后JOA评分均明显升高(P<0.05),观察组治疗后JOA评分、改善率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组总有效率为96.67%,显著高于对照组的86.67%(P<0.05)。结论:针刺配合中药热熨治疗腰椎间盘突出症具有良好的临床疗效。

Objective To observe the curative efficacy of acupuncture combined with hot medicinal compress on patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods 60 cases with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into treatment group(n=30)and control group(n=30).The control group was treated with acupuncture,while the treatment group was treated with acupuncture combined with hot medicinal compress.The changes of JOA score before and after treatment and the rate of improvement after treatment were observed,and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results JOA score was significantly increased in both groups after treatment(P<0.05).JOA score and the rate of improvement in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the treatment group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with hot medicinal compress on patients of lumbar disc herniation has a good clinical effect.
