摘要
目的:探讨弥散加权成像及ADC(表观弥散系数)值在鉴别甲状腺良、恶性结节及颈部良、恶性淋巴结的作用。方法:将42例有甲状腺结节的患者及20例志愿者作为研究对象,对其MRI影像资料进行分析。结果:(1)甲状腺恶性结节组的ADC值明显低于良性结节组,且有统计学意义。(2)对照组正常的甲状腺组织及良、恶性结节组结节周围的甲状腺组织的平均ADC之间均无统计学差异。结论:常规MRI与DWI序列相结合,有利于甲状腺良、恶性结节及良、恶性淋巴结的鉴别诊断,且具有较高的诊断效能。
Objective To investigate the role of diffusion-weighted imaging(DWI)and apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC)values in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules or benign and malignant cervical lymph nodes.Methods Research was performed in 42 patients with thyroid nodules.Results(1)The ADC value of malignant thyroid nodule group is obviously lower than benign nodules group,there is statistical differences between the two groups.(2)There are no statistical difference among the ADC value of control group or surrounding tissue of nodules in malignant and benign nodule group.Conclusion Combining the conventional MRI and DWI sequence can be helpful for the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules or benign and malignant cervical lymph nodes.
