摘要
目的:腔内三维自由成像技术与二维超声对节育器异位诊断比较。方法:对106例经取环术或宫腔镜手术明确节育器异位病例,术前均行二维超声及三维自由成像技术检查,对其检查结果进行比较。结果:106例节育器异位病例中,三维自由成像技术对节育器异位的诊断率为100%(106/106),二维超声诊断率为85%(90/106),两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而在异位类型判断中,节育器下移及穿孔差异没有统计学意义,在节育器转位及嵌顿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:三维自由成像技术在节育器异位诊断方面明显优于二维超声,异位类型中,在节育器转位及嵌顿类型诊断优势明显,能为临床手术方式的选择及术中处理提供指导性意见。
Objective To compare the intracavitary three dimensional free imaging technique and two dimensional ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic iud.Methods 106 cases of ectopic iud were examined by two-dimensional ultrasound and three-dimensional free imaging.Results In 106 cases of iud ectopic,the diagnostic rate of 3d free imaging for iud ectopic was 100%(106/106),and the diagnostic rate of 2d ultrasound was 85%(90/106),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,in the judgment of ectopic type,there was no statistically significant difference in iud downshift and perforation,while there was statistically significant difference in iud transposition and incarceration(P<0.05).Conclusions Three-dimensional free imaging technology is obviously superior to two-dimensional ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic iud.Among ectopic types,it has obvious advantages in the diagnosis of iud transposition and incarceration,which can provide guidance for the selection of clinical surgical methods and intraoperative treatment.
