全面腹部超声检查在急腹症诊断中的应用价值分析

Analysis of the application value of comprehensive abdominal ultrasound examination in the diagnosis of acute abdomen

目的:分析急腹症诊断中全面腹部超声检查的应用价值。方法:选取我院收治的急腹症患者70例入组,应用随机数字法分组,对照组采用传统腹部超声检查,观察组采用全面腹部超声检查,以手术病理诊断结果作为判定标准,评估两组的诊断效果,记录检查与诊断时间。结果:观察组准确率高于对照组,观察组的平均检查时间长于对照组,观察组的平均诊断时间短于对照组,存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急腹症诊断中应用全面腹部超声检查,可缩短诊断时间,提高确诊率。

Objective To analyze the application value of comprehensive abdominal ultrasound in diagnosis of acute abdomen.Methods 70 patients with acute abdomen admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into groups by random number method.The control group received conventional abdominal ultrasound examination and the observation group received comprehensive abdominal ultrasound examination.The diagnostic effect of the two groups was evaluated and the time of examination and diagnosis was recorded according to the pathological diagnosis results.Results The accuracy rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the average examination time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group,and the average diagnosis time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,showing statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive abdominal ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute abdomen can shorten the time of diagnosis and improve the rate of diagnosis.
