摘要 本文介绍了应用于小型化产品的三电平IGBT驱动电源的优化设计。采用优化的集成分布式电源系统,推挽式拓扑作为主电路,隔离变压器后级并联分布于各个模块,通过仿真计算合理选择参数,并通过布局布线的优化实现满足驱动IGBT及EMC要求的驱动电源配置。 This paper introduces the design of the three-level IGBT drive power supply applied to the miniaturized products.The optimized integrated distributed power supply system and push-pull topology are adopted as the main circuit,and the rear stage of the isolation transformer is connected in parallel to each module,and the parameters are reasonably selected through simulation,and the drive power supply con figuration required by the driving IGBT and the EMC is met through the optimization of the layout.
