The Route and Urgent Task of the Party’s Political Culture Construction

党的政治文化,在其观念形态上,就是中国共产党全部政治活动总和的文化理论表现(或文化样态)。在新时代马克思主义中国化语境中,党的政治文化的核心、精髓最集中的理论表达就是“不忘初心、牢记使命”。研究党的政治文化建设一定要坚持正确的路径,防止可能出现的误区。要严格区分党的政治文化和党内的政治文化两个概念。要坚持用我们党的理论立场研究和解读党的政治文化建设。要紧密联系现实,不要做过分抽象、过于宽泛的解读。《中共中央关于加强党的政治建设的意见》非常明确地规定了发展积极健康的党内政治文化的任务,全党都要不折不扣地全面贯彻执行。针对当前实际,要着力解决如下四个方面的迫切问题:大力推动中央关于政治建设系列文件精神的贯彻落实;澄清重大理论是非;重视批判帝国主义的政治文化;要批判侵入党内的腐朽落后的政治文化。

The Party's political culture, in its ideological form, is the cultural and theoretical expression (or cultural modality) of all the political actions of the Communist Party of China (CPC). In the context of Marxist sinicization in the new era, the core of the Party's political culture is “to remain committed to our original aspiration and keep our mission firmly in mind.” In the study of the Party's political culture, it needs to adhere to the correct route and prevent the misunderstanding possible. We should differentiate strictly the two concepts: the Party's political culture and the political culture within the Party, insisting in the study and explanation of the Party's political culture with the Party's theoretical standpoint, which means to connect closely with the reality, reading it neither too abstractly nor too extensively. “Opinions of the CPC Central Committee on Strengthening the Party's Political Construction” definitely stipulates the task of developing the Party's political culture positively and healthily which the whole Party'should carry out without discount and comprehensively. As for the present practice, it needs to solve the following four urgent questions: vigorously promoting the implementing of the Party Central Committee s series of documents and spirits about the political construction;clarifying the right or wrong issues of the significant theories;highlighting the critique on imperialist political culture;and criticizing the decayed and outdated political culture that intrudes into the Party.
