摘要
目的:探讨与研究肌肉骨骼超声技术在慢性足底筋膜炎中的康复评估和治疗中的应用及分析。方法:选取我院在2018年7月—2019年7月接收诊治的29例慢性足底筋膜炎患者作为研究对象,分别给予其MRI(磁共振成像)检查和肌骨超声技术检查,对比分析观察肌骨超声技术在慢性足底筋膜炎中应用实际效果。结果:采用MRI检测患者患侧和健侧足底筋膜厚度相较于使用肌骨超声技术检测的结果差异并不明显,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);采用肌骨超声技术检测患者患侧和健侧中的ICC(组间相关系数)相较于使用MRI检测的结果差异并不明显,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:肌骨超声技术的成像清晰度虽稍逊于MRI,但具有价格低廉、操作简便、无放射性、重复性高等优点,值得在临床上广泛推广使用。
Objective To investigate and study the application and analysis of musculoskeletal ultrasound in rehabilitation assessment and treatment of chronic plantar fasciitis.Methods 29 patients with chronic plantar fasciitis who were admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were enrolled in the study.MRI(magnetic resonance imaging)examination and musculoskeletal ultrasound examination were performed respectively.Observe the actual effect of musculoskeletal ultrasound technique in chronic plantar fasciitis.Results MRI was used to detect the thickness of the plantar and fascia of the affected side compared with the musculoskeletal ultrasound.The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The musculoskeletal ultrasound technique was used to detect the patient.The ICC(inter-group correlation coefficient)in the affected side and the healthy side was not significantly different from the MRI-tested results,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Although the imaging resolution of musculoskeletal ultrasound technology is slightly inferior to MRI,it has the advantages of low price,simple operation,no radioactivity and high reproducibility.It is worthy of widespread use in clinical practice.
