摘要
目的:探讨腹腔镜应用于卵巢成熟性畸胎瘤治疗的临床效果。方法:从我院妇产科2018年2月—2019年2月收治的卵巢成熟性畸胎瘤患者中随机选取52例作为研究样本。根据就诊的先后顺序,将所选患者划分为研究组(n=26例)和对照组(n=26例),分别比较两组患者的围手术期相关指标、免疫功能指标,以及并发症情况。结果:与对照组相比,研究组围手术期相关指标、免疫功能指标,以及并发症情况均具有显著优势(P<0.05)。结论:经腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢成熟性畸胎瘤效果确切,不仅能改善围手术期相关指标,提升免疫功能,还能减少术后并发症,值得在临床治疗中多加应用和推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopy in the treatment of mature ovarian teratoma.Methods The ovary were randomly selected as study samples.The selected patients were divided into the study group and the control group according to the order of admission.The perioperative indexes,immune function indexes and complications of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the study group had significant advantages in perioperative related indicators,immune function indicators and complications(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic treatment of mature teratoma of ovary has a definite effect is worthy of more application and promotion in clinical treatment.
