摘要 滚动轴承是旋转机械的关键部件,轴承故障程度评估技术对于保证设备工作性能和可靠性具有重要的工程意义。针对轴承故障程度评估开展研究,提出了一种基于Lempel-Ziv复杂度和正交匹配追踪的故障程度评估方法。首先,利用正交匹配追踪算法,对实测振动信号进行降噪处理。然后,以Lempel-Ziv复杂度作为轴承故障程度的评估指标。开展不同载荷条件下不同程度轴承内、外圈故障的评估试验,结果表明所提出的评估指标能够有效地在不同负载条件下对轴承故障程度进行评估,受噪声和载荷条件影响较小。 The rolling bearing is the crucial part of rotating machinery,the fault severity assessment technology of bearing has important engineering significance to ensure the performance and reliability of machinery.It studies on the fault severity assessment,and presents a fault severity assessment method based on the Lempel-Ziv complexity and orthogonal matching pursuit algorithm.First,the measured vibration signal is processed by orthogonal matching pursuit algorithm for noise reduction.Then,the Lempel-Ziv complexity is selected as the index to assess the fault severity of bearing.The fault assessment test is conducted to assess different severity inner or outer fault under different load conditions,the results indicate that the proposed assessment index is able to effectively assess the fault severity of rolling bearing under the different load conditions,and the noise and load condition has very little influence on the assessment result.
