摘要
针对压缩比技术的可变问题,提出一种液压容积调节的方法,不仅可以实现压缩比在一定区间内的变化,而且解决了压缩比连续可变问题。文章根据液压容积调节的方法设计了液压系统工作原理图,分析了系统调节机理,通过计算与设计给出了整个连续可变压缩比技术系统模型。利用仿真分析表明:所设计的系统方案在中低速(2000r/min)时具有很好的调节特性,仿真试验为压缩比技术连续可变问题的发展和完善提供了新的思考路径。
Aiming at the variable problem of compression ratio technology,a method of hydraulic volume adjustment is put forward,which can not only realize the change of compression ratio in a certain range,but also solve the problem of continuously changing compression ratio.In this paper,the working principle diagram of hydraulic system is designed according to the method of hydraulic volume adjustment.The system adjustment mechanism is analyzed,and the continuous variable compression ratio system model is given by calculation and design.The simulation results show that the system designed in the low-speed(2000r/min)has a very good control performance,The simulation experiment provides a new way of thinking for the development and improvement of the compression ratio technology.
