摘要
消声器排气系统与发动机相连,其振动通过挂钩传递到车体上,排气系统的挂钩结构是否合理以及吊耳的隔振效果直接关系到排气系统振动时与车身之间的能量传递大小。在自由模态分析的基础上,根据排气系统实际安装位置对消声器排气系统进行了动刚度分析,分析结果表明:挂钩的动刚度没有满足规定要求,对挂钩结构进行了优化,并对优化后的汽车消声器排气系统悬挂结构进行了隔振分析与试验验证,从而使优化后的消声器排气系统挂钩的悬挂位置更加合理,隔振性能得到改善。
The exhaust system is connected to the engine and the vibration is transmitted to the vehicle body by a hook.Whether the hook structure of the exhaust system is reasonable and the vibration isolation effect of the hanger can be directly related to the energy transfer between the exhaust system vibration and the body.On the basis of free modal analysis,the dynamic stiffness of the muffler exhaust system was analyzed according to the actual installation position of the exhaust system.The analysis results show that:The dynamic stiffness of the hook is not satisfied and its structure is optimized,and the vibration analysis and test for the suspension structure of the optimized muffler exhaust system was carried out,thus,the suspension position of the optimized muffler exhaust system is more reasonable and the vibration isolation performance is improved.
