摘要
高速列车设计是多学科知识密集交互并实现创新的过程,针对高速列车研发过程中知识重用率低、知识价值贡献低、系统智能化程度不高等问题,文章研究了基于本体的高速列车设计知识推送技术,以有效支持高速列车的研发设计,实现设计知识的有效重用。首先,研究了包括用户本体、设计任务本体以及设计知识本体的高速列车设计本体的构建方法,然后,在设计本体的基础上,研究了高速列车设计知识推送的两种模式,即检索式和交互式设计知识推送。最后,以高速列车转向架牵引传动系统为例,验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。
High-speed train design is an innovation process which is interactive and multidisciplinary knowledge-intensive.In order to solve the problems of lower efficiency,contribution andintellectualization in knowledge reusefor high-speed trains’research and development,this research,based on ontology,studies knowledge push technology of high-speed train design to effectively support the development of high-speed trains designed and to realize the effective reuse of design knowledge.Firstly,the construction method of high-speed train design ontology including user ontology,design task ontology and design knowledge ontology is studied.Then,on the basis of the design ontology,two modes of high-speed train design knowledge push are studied,which are search and interactive design knowledge push.Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of the method are verified by taking the traction drive system of high-speed train bogie as an example.
