摘要
发动机平衡系统配重块是决定系统性能的关键零件,其加工质量控制直接影响着系统的平衡效果。在分析配重块结构特点的基础上,构建加工质量指标计算模型,并运用MATLAB软件进行计算分析。研究了平衡系统配重块设计参数对质量、转动惯量、静不平衡量和动不平衡量等加工质量指标的影响,采用正交试验设计方法和均值化法进行仿真计算,通过试验结果的方差分析确定加工质量指标的关键影响因素,为在零件设计制造和装配过程中实现质量保障提供参考。
The balance weight of engine balance system is the key component to determine the system’s performance,and the quality control of balance weight affects the balance effect of the system directly.Based on analyzing the structural features of balance weight,the calculation model of machining quality index is constructed,and use MATLAB software to calculate and analysis.The influence of design parameters of balance weight on quality indexes of processing such as mass,moment of inertia,static unbalance and dynamic unbalance is studied.Orthogonal experimental design method and the mean value method are used for simulation calculation,and determine the key factors affecting the machining quality index by the variance analysis of the experiment results,which provides a reference for the quality assurance in the design,manufacture and assembly of the parts.
