摘要
利用正交设计进行PVD涂层刀具铣削大理石试验,研究切削参数对加工过程中切削力的影响。通过测力仪测得切削力信号,分析信号幅值波动原因。根据试验结果,讨论单一切削参数对切削力的影响趋势。采用最小二乘法原理建立了切削力预测模型,综合分析了切削速度、进给量及切削深度对切削力变化的贡献。探讨切削力出现尖点现象的原因,对预测模型修正并作F检验具有较高的显著性。结果表明,切削深度对切削力的影响最大,切削深度增加导致切削力呈升高趋势;切削速度是影响切削力的次要因素,随着切削速度的提高切削力呈减小趋势;进给量对切削力影响最小,其增大使切削力缓慢变大。
The milling marble experiment was carried out using PVD coated tool on basis of orthogonal test scheme.The influence of cutting parameters on cutting force was researched.The cutting force signal was measured by the force measuring instrument,and the cause of signal amplitude fluctuation was analyzed.According to the results,the changing trend of cutting force with single cutting parameter was discussed.Based on empirical formula,the prediction model of cutting force was established by employing least square method.And the contribution of cutting speed,feed rate and cutting depth on cutting force variation was analyzed.Through discussing the reason for the cusp phenomenon of cutting force,the prediction model was revised,and the F test has high significance.The experimental results show that the change of cutting depth has the greatest influence on the cutting force,and the cutting force increases with the cutting depth.The cutting speed is the secondary factor of cutting force variation and the cutting force decreases with the increase of cutting speed.The effect of feed rate on the cutting force is the least and the cutting force increases greatly with feed rate.
