摘要
随着“90后”逐渐进入职场,新一代青年的职业发展状况呈现出新的特征。对上海30岁以下青年职业发展状况的分析表明,青年职业发展的总体态势良好。他们具备较强的就业能力和较高的就业信心,对工作的满意度高;但加班多、休假少、收入低等问题,又使得他们承受着一系列社会压力。政府可从提高最低工资水平、制定青年优惠住房政策、优化公共服务等方面予以应对,为青年发展创设更友好的社会环境。
With the“post-90s”gradually entering the workplace,the career development of a new generation of young people presents new features.Based on the analysis of the career development of the young people under 30 years old in Shanghai,this paper holds that the phenomenon of“low desire”of the young people is multi-faceted.They have good career development,strong employment ability and confidence,and high job satisfaction.However,they suffer from a series of social pressure due to overwork,less vacation and low income.The government can respond by raising the minimum wage,formulating preferential housing policies for young people and optimizing public services,so as to create a more friendly social environment for the development of young people.
