摘要
压裂车变速箱传动系统设计对中国自主研发压裂装备具有重要意义。设计了变速箱传动方案,应用KISSsoft软件优化设计了变速箱齿轮机构,实现了齿轮传动性能定量评价。结果表明:齿轮参数设计与齿轮修形设计能显著提高齿轮传动性能,基于KISSsoft软件设计平台建立了齿轮传动设计流程,可提高机械产品研发效率。
Transmission system design of fracturing truck transmission has a significant impact on China's self-development of fracturing equipment.This paper designs the transmission system plan,applies KISSsoft software to optimize transmission gear mechanism,and achieves quantitative evaluation of gear transmission performance.The results show that the transmission performance is greatly increased through the methods of gear parameter design and gear modification design,and the process of gear transmission design based on KISSsoft platform prompts the development efficiency of mechanical equipments.
